처음 방문해 본 Bean Stock의 커피를 사고 아내가 마치기를 기다리는 동안 '오래뜰'에서 Americano를 주문한 뒤 비치되어 있는 책을 보다가 문득 이 책을 읽게 되었다. 한창 Coffee에 대해 빠져있는데 우연히 이런 책을 보아서 반가웠다. 커피에 관한 간단한 지식과 커피숍 운영에 관한 글이었다. Espresso와 Hand Drip의 구분, 제조법, 원두들의 특성, 계절별 추천 커피에 대해 다루었다. 난 주로 Coffee Shop에서 Americano를 즐겨 마시는 편이었는데, 이제 부터는 Hand Drip Coffee를 마셔봐야겠다. Straight Coffee를 마시니 그 향이 몸 속에 오랫동안 내 몸을 감싸고 있는 느낌이었다.
